TICKETING REGULATIONS - WINTER SEASON 2025/2026

The purchase and subsequent possession of the ticket imply the full knowledge and acceptance of these Ticketing Regulations, displayed to the public at the ticket offices and published on the website www.skipasslivigno.com.

The start and end dates of the season are determined by the Association based on weather conditions, slope status, snow cover, and technical requirements of the lifts. It is understood that any type of transport document loses its validity at the end of the winter season in which it was issued.

The operating hours of the lifts are established by the Companies and brought to the public's attention through notices posted at the lift stations. Hours may vary even during the day for technical, service, safety, or force majeure reasons, without this constituting grounds for any compensation to the skipass holder.

All issued tickets are valid during the opening days and according to the operating hours defined in the previous point and are subject to the "Provisions for Travelers" established by each Company. Livigno and Alta Valtellina seasonal passes are valid from the opening day of the ski season until the closing day determined by the Association. Skipass Lombardia seasonal passes are valid from November 29, 2025, to May 03, 2026.

The ticketing regulations explicitly refer to the price lists displayed to the public, which must be considered an integral part of these regulations.

The skipass is the only document suitable for proving the conclusion of the contract between the lift company and the passenger. In case of failure to present it upon request by authorized personnel, the passenger is required to pay the fare for the route traveled. The purchase of the ticket only entitles the holder to use the corresponding lifts for the indicated routes on the valid day(s) and according to the flow of passengers. The customer must check the accuracy of the skipass at the time of collection. It is not possible to subsequently change or extend the duration of passes already used. For multi-day passes of 6 days or more, it is possible to purchase a one-day extension at a discounted price.

To obtain certain types of skipass (Senior, Junior, Youth, Baby, reduced rates, etc.), it is necessary to provide identification data by presenting valid ID documents (self-certification is not accepted) and, where requested, allow a photo to be taken of the uncovered face. At the time of purchase and before the ticket is issued, the passenger must report the right to any reductions by presenting suitable documentation. The presence of the beneficiary of the discount is also required at the time of purchase. Documentation may also be requested by lift control personnel or Association inspectors.

After the first use, travel tickets cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances. A partial refund is only possible in case of a skiing accident proven by a First Aid certificate certifying the inability to ski. The skipass is refunded starting from the day following its return, according to a table prepared by the Association. For seasonal passes, the calculation is made weekly, deducting 30% for the first week and decreasing for subsequent weeks. Passes of any companions or family members of the injured person are not refundable. In all other cases, including personal reasons or illnesses, no refund is granted.

For the issuance of the device (keycard), the passenger is required to pay a security deposit of Euro 5.00, which will be refunded upon return of the device to the Association offices or any lift ticket office by the end of the winter season in which it was issued, provided it is in the same condition of integrity and functionality as received. After this term, the support becomes the property of the customer and may be used for subsequent seasons, subject to any technological updates.

The device or any other type of support (ticket, ID card) must be presented at every request of the control staff (Police, Carabinieri, Company staff, Association employees). In the event of a check, the same documentation produced at the time of issuance may be requested.

The skipass is a personal document: lending, temporary transfer, or any improper use or abuse will result, upon first detection, in a temporary block that can be revoked upon payment of a penalty ranging from € 100.00 to € 400.00. In case of repeated violation, immediate blocking and cancellation of the pass will occur, along with claims for damages and possible criminal prosecution under current legislation.

Point-based tickets can be used by multiple people, and unused remaining points are refundable.

Skipasses, with the exception of seasonal passes, 10 non-consecutive days, and point-based tickets, are for consecutive days.

In case of loss or if the passenger makes the skipass unusable, the Association is required, provided the passenger provides suitable identification data (device number, skipass number, holder details, date and time of issuance), to cancel the device and issue a new one. The applicant must pay the € 5.00 security deposit again and an additional € 20.00 as a fee for blocking and reissuing the card.

Rates are normally applied for the entire season. The Association reserves the right to adjust rates and regulations during the season should changes in taxes or other significant factors occur.
