The online purchase procedure is very simple.
You need to register at the portal and then to choose the date in which you want to go skiing, the ticket type and the quantity. You are guided step by step through the procedure. To charge an existing keycard you need the number on your keycard. If you don't have a keycard add it to your cart.
Pay to complete the purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you have recharged your keycard, go straight to the slopes, without going to the ticket office. Otherwise pick it up at our ticket offices, automatic cash desks or partner hotels.

• If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you can go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.
• If you did not have a Keycard and ordered this online, pick it up at our ticket offices, automatic cash desks or partner hotels (pick up points here).

You can easily buy various tickets, for example for children, other family members or friends, even in a single transaction. We will take care of keeping the customer information and the different tickets will be linked in a single user account. In this way they can be easily managed. When you want to buy new tickets, there's no need to register again.

Children, teenagers and young adults take advantage of different discounts depending on their age.

• Baby free
  Children born in 2017 and after receive a free lift pass starting from 1 day with the purchase of an adult ticket of the same duration. Each adult can receive only one free child's ski pass, and this offer cannot be combined with others.
• Junior -50%
  Juniors ski at half price. Juniors born from 2009 and after, receive lift passes with 50% discount on the adult price. The price shown on the webshop is the final price.
• Youth -15%
  Young adults born between 2000 and 2008 receive a 15% discount on adult lift passes. The price shown on the webshop is the final price.
  

A keycard is the physical plastic card you use to pass through the gates at the resort.

Register your personal Keycard Serial Number printed on your plastic card.

Example: 01-16147133534668922474-7

Attention: Keycard that starts with serial number 08 or 09 cannot be used.

Keycard suitable on the online shop are like the one in the below example but we also accept card from other ski resorts compatible with Skidata (must have the Skidata logo and same serial number format)



Attention! Keycards used in Livigno until the 2019-20 season (or with a different layout from the one shown) are not valid on the online shop. It is always possible to return the old card to receive the €5 deposit or exchange it for a new keycard with online functionality.

Tickets that cannot be purchased online can be bought at any Livigno Ski Area ticket office.

In the event of a ski accident, we will refund the injured person only for the value of unused days, upon presentation of a medical report signed by a local doctor. No refunds will be issued in cases of bad weather, loss, theft, illness, early departure, lift breakdown or non-operation, or any other circumstance.

Ski passes purchased online are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The classification used is based on the birth year of the skipass holder (not on their age). The categories are as follows:

• Baby: children born in 2017 or later,
• Junior: born between 2009 and 2016,
• Youth: born between 2000 and 2008,
• Adults: born between 1999 and 1961,
• Senior: born in 1960 or earlier.
  

Skipass Baby (from 1 day and seasonal): Children born on or after January 1, 2017, receive a personal and strictly non-transferable free skipass for the same duration as the skipass paid at full price by an accompanying adult. Children born in 2017 or later pay the Junior rate for a half-day ticket. For unaccompanied children or those who cannot benefit from the free ski pass in combination with an adult skipass, junior rates will apply. This offer cannot be combined with group discounts, family packages, senior rates, or other reductions.
